Gopal Shetty is a prominent Indian politician from North Mumbai and a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). His journey, which began in a slum in Borivali, has led him to become one of the finest member of Parliament from Mumbai North, serving from 2014 to 2024. His success is attributed to sacrifices, dedication, selflessness, and relentless hard work.
Political Career
He began his political journey as a Corporator in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) from 1992 to 2004 and became the 1st Deputy Mayor of Mumbai. Later, he served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Borivali from 2004 to 2014.
Gopal Shetty has been active in Parliament since becoming an MP in 2019, achieving a 100% attendance record. He also participated in the significant Ram Mandir movement.

- Blood Donation Drives: Promoted blood donation, collecting over 1 lakh units after the COVID period.

Railway Infrastructure Development: Introduced escalators, elevators, and foot over bridges at Borivali Railway Station.
