Rules and Regulations

• The request for booking should be made at least 120 days in advance and will entertain subject to availability.
• All the prescribed charges along with deposit shall have to be paid in advance at the time of the booking. The receipt should be produced at the time of the programme, as and when demanded by any officials of Poinsur Gymkhana.
• If applicant cancels their booking, the refund (exclusive of Service Tax ) will be given as under:
  1. Between 90 days to 60 days prior to the date of the programme – 75% of rental Charges.
  2. Between 60 days to 30 days prior to the date of the programme – 50% of rental Charges.
  3. Between 30 days to 15 days prior to the date of the programme – 25% of rental charges.
  4. No refund will be granted in case of cancellation of ground booking within 15days.
• Deposit will be refunded without any interest after 7 working days of the completion of the function. Original receipt will have to be submitted for claiming refund of deposit.
• Ground Timing for full day 9.00 am to 4.30 pm & Half day 9.00 am to 12.30 noon & 1.00 pm to 4.30 pm. The timing allotted will have to be strictly adhered.
• Food services should be availed through our Canteen Contractor and No out side Caterer or Food/Snacks/Drinks will be allowed inside the premises / ground.
• Any eatables are not allowed on the ground. Servicing of eatables should be done only at canteen premises.
• Non-vegetarian items/ Smoking / Ghutka & Pan Chewing / Alcoholic drink consumption are strictly prohibited inside the complex. Any person in a drunken state will not be allowed entry.
• It should be ensured that all persons attending the programme maintain proper discipline and decorum in the premises.
• Applicant will be responsible for any loss or damages caused during the function in ground/equipment etc. and will have to pay the cost as decided by the management.
• Bursting of crackers, DJ and playing loud music is strictly prohibited.
• The applicant must arrange for the police permission for the use of loud speaker and any further permission as applicable.
• Parking of cars / Motor Bikes / Cycles shall be at owner's risk.
• It should be ensured that the ground used for the programme is kept clean and in hygienic condition failing which cleaning charges, as deemed fit, will be levied.
• The Management is authorized to change the rules and regulations without any information and Management decision will be final and binding on the applicant.
• Every person/organization booking the ground / premises deemed to have fully understood and accepted the rules and regulations contained herein. Otherwise Deposit will be forfeited.
• Receipt is issued subject to Poinsur Gymkhana's rules and Regulations.
• If net booking, maximum of 16 participants are allowed to play in the net & will use strictly net area only.
• Applicant will not get any fixed Cricket Net continuously. Management will have right to change the same as & when required for some specific reason.
